HARRIS COUNTY MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT No. 373
Also known as MUD 373, is responsible for the management and oversight of the engineering, contracting and construction of the water, sewer and storm water management systems within the District boundaries. Additionally, the District may develop park and recreational areas within its boundaries that encompass the Seabrook Island Subdivision The District's Board of Directors oversees the applications, bids, selling and management of the proceeds of bond's issued to pay for the construction of the utility system. The District is also responsible for setting and collecting the taxes used to pay for the bond issues, general operational and construction budgets of the District.
