                       Seabrook, Texas ISLAND PARK
ISLAND PARK : The park area is about 6 acres in size. It contains  two separate playground areas one for young children and toddlers, the second area is for older children. It also has a  pavilion , three picnic shelters , benches, and other equipment . The park area includes  approximately 3000 feet of  sidewalks / walking trails .

Park  History:

The Island park area is approximately 6 acres . 

The construction was completed  in July 2007 .

MUD 373 acquired  and combined three parcels of land into Seabrook Island Park.  

Mr. Phil Newton  donated Reserve F to the District

The Seabrook Island HOA  donated Reserve B  with the agreement that the MUD 373 District  would develop the park for the residents of  - Seabrook Island 

MUD 373 purchased Reserve C  from Taylor  Lake Development


The Park was developed  and is maintained by MUD 373

No Increase in existing Mud Tax or HOA fees were  required to build or maintain the parks

The Park s  are  open  for use of  the Seabrook Island  home owners and others with in  our community 

The  land is permanently designated for use strictly as a park recreation area

Island park is a life style asset to promote Seabrook Island Subdivision as a great place to live
